My Disney Adventure: Day Three

How appropriate that as I type this, a Disney commercial is playing on TV. Here is day three. We spent it at Animal Kingdom and later ate dinner at Tony's in Magic Kingdom. Animal Kingdom! Mount Everest. It is the highest point in the park. As it should be.

We then jumped parks to Magic Kingdom, rode some rides and ate at Tony's just like Lady and the Tramp. But no spaghetti kisses. Though the waiter did sing Happy Birthday to a guest in our area by himself.

Weddings galore!

So I know I have to post more Disney pictures but today is a short post. I was laying in bed yesterday, playing on the net, when my phone rang with an email. I tend to get a lot of "junk" emails from all sorts of wedding vendors that I don't really care about so I deleted the first email and nearly deleted the second when something caught my eye. The subject said "Your special order has arrived." So I read the email. Twice. My dress was in. My dress was IN!!!!!!! I nearly fell out of bed with excitement. I had ordered my dress at the beginning of the month. It was supposed to be a 12 week order. It came in 12 DAYS! I called my mom to make sure she could come with me to pick it up and we made plans to get it later that afternoon. The greatest thing was, the night before Mom and I had gone shoe shopping and right at the mall was closing found the most comfortable, blue shoes. =) So I had my shoes to try on with my dress. Yeah. I got to try the dress on when we went to pick it up, just to make sure it was the right size and i wore the blue shoes too. It was a great look. I am really excited about this planning now. Its very real to me. I can go to my mom's and look at my dress and shoes and I KNOW that I am getting married. In 9 months. I think. =)

I know I said that I would post more pictures of Disney, and I will.... tomorrow. But I have a question for all you bloggers out there.... does it take you a long time to upload more than one picture? When I want to post a ton of pictures I have to upload a few at a time and then go and move them around. Each new picture gets posted at the top of the blog... thingy. Just wondering if there are any tricks to getting around that. And don't fear. I am off work tomorrow so pictures will be up for Disney, day two.

My Disney Adventure.

R bought me a trip to Disney for my birthday. We went over this last week in Jan. We got to visit all four parks and Downtown Disney. We even weathered a ridiculous Thunder storm by getting Disney ponchos and running through the rain to dinner. We spent the weekend with my brother and sister in law. Over all a great trip.
